This summer, the Metroidvania "Axiom Verge 2" for the PlayStation 5, the PlayStation 4, the Nintendo Switch and the PC (Via Epic Games Store) appear. With a new trailer, Thomas Happ Games's responsible persons introduce us to a new "Breach" mechanism that sends one into an alternative dimension.
Two worlds, an adventure
The crack is a region of the room, which was long for impassable and protected Sudras in front of the outer universe. In the first part, someone named athetos could traverse this crack and have a trapped Sudra. Now both worlds are connected to each other in "Axiom Verge 2" to allow the players to provide non-linear exploration.
The players can enter and leave the crack and discover the world that is bound to the survey. Of course, there will be secrets that can only be found in the world. For this you will have to pass through the crack every now and then to get to the appropriate location.

Ultimately, the players get two games in a commandment, which according to the developers also an immense undertaking. However, the interaction of the two worlds is the bigger challenge because the connections must be coherent. Thus, you should look at the new trailer to get an impression of the game mechanics.
