Final Fantasy XIV changes detail in the legend due to trypophobia

The MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV comes with the "Sage" a new class ("Job " ) in the extension endwalker. But the class icon is now changed before the release, because the class symbol triggers a phobia: trypophobie. This is a fear of feeling some when you see a pattern of holes or bubbles.

How does this fear come from? This is not yet clarified. Science believes it could be a disgust or anxiety reaction, similar to the reaction to the sight of poisonites such as snakes or spiders.
