How to change the affiliation of mycareer in NBA 2K22
First, you can join four different affiliations in The City: Beasts of the East, North Side Knights, South City Vipers and Western Wildcats. You will automatically join one of four when you start my career mode for the first time.
If you are not satisfied with the group in which it has been placed, you can change it at any time. The problem is that you will lose any progress you have achieved with your current membership. This means that your representative will return to the Pro 1 level, so think carefully before changing.
Go to City Hall
To change members, go to the City Council of the Faction to which you want to join. Everyone will be clearly marked on their map. Talk to the guards and select request for transfer of affiliates. The town halls must have two guards who look like those of the image below.
The game will transfer you and you can move through the city within your new faction while accessing your land with affiliate themes.
