The official NBA 2K Twitter page posted the following message.

UNSER NEUSTER patch is live on PS4 and PC and brings more stability corrections for the game. No gameplay changes! Other consoles come soon .

These are all patch notes mentioned so far. It is expected that further updates are on the way. NBA 2K22 is now available for the PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch platforms.
